Can the spark of creativity be kindled by a single word? The assignment’s directive was concise: “Transformation.” The goal was to conceive a product capable of undergoing a metamorphosis of any kind. 

My research led me to the intriguing realm of energy transformation. Recognizing that energy cannot be created or destroyed but only transformed, I explored how this phenomenon could be integrated into our daily lives through a simple product, allowing users to interact firsthand with the process. 

The focus of my research focused on the transformation of wind energy into a charge capable of powering your phone while biking. This project proved to be enlightening as I delved not only into the aerodynamics of the product but also identified the essential components needed to convert the apparent wind generated while biking into a charge for the phone. Although the prototype created was non-functional, the experience provided valuable insights into refining the design for a future working prototype.
